Hi,
When I first got my phone I was able to get my music to sync to it. Now, however, I have added new music to my iTunes playlist and I cannot get the windows phone app on my desktop to recognize that this playlist now has new songs. If I hit the "sync" button it does not add anything new to my phone. Is there a way to get this to work? I hate to think that I would have to remove all the music and re-add the whole 10 gigs just for the sake of a few songs. Tomorrow is the last day to exchange the phone for me. If I can't get music onto the phone easily I may have to exchange it for something else. I really use my phone as an mp3 player a lot. I'm use to this phone now though so I hate the thought of going back to an iPhone! I also tried to drag and drop but I can't seem to get that to work. I just get the circle with the slash through it (as in "no can do"!).
Thanks! - 12-24-2012, 11:42 AM #2
is the new music in iTunes?
what format is the music, if it isn't there?
iTunes won't play FLAC files if that is how it
is formatted.
in the desktop app for the phone make sure you have clicked on PC
on the right side. on the left make sure you have the box for music checked.
then check the box for recently added.~gabriel
