I may be missing something here but I wonder if anyone else has noticed this:

A few times now, when I've been in a department store with little or no signal. Two of them had free wi-fi which I was connected to and browsing around online just fine. I hit the search button and tried a search... which just sat and sat and never finished. I restarted the search and tried a few other things and it seemed like everything else was using the wi-fi, but Bing search was attempting to use cellular data.

I guess I was wondering if anyone else has noticed this or can test it. I never seem to be able to use Bing search when I have no cellular connection, but do have Wi-fi.

I searched the forums before making this post but didn't see anything about this...
