can you check your os ver. in case I got it wrong... I am sure it did say updating then I have the animated setting wheel and it says it takes 5-10 mins. also it did autobackup and restore while it was doing it. I am pretty sure it did updated.. please look at your os ver. and compare in case I am wrong

This is the old firmware. I have it already in my phone. You should get a newer version, e.g. 8.0.10211.204
