Okay, so I am completely clueless as to what's going on with the battery life of my Lumia 920.
I walked in the house this afternoon at 1:00pm with 98% battery life. Good, that's about normal, as I haven't used it all day since I took my phone off the charger. Well, I set it down, ate lunch, and then took a nap. I woke up at 4:30 and look over at my phone, and I have 58% battery left. Yes, I dropped 40%(!!!) during a 3 hour standby. I didn't even turn on the screen during that time. I then did a reboot, and dropped another 10% (yes 10!!!) in the span of 30 seconds. I've occasionally had battery issues but never anything this bad. Either WP8 is garbage, or my phone is seriously defective. Has anyone else experienced this? I love my L920 but this is just unacceptable.
P.S. I've turned off all background tasks except for CNN and The Weather Channel. - 12-16-2012, 04:16 PM #2
