Try using the QR code via Bing Vision (Search button then eye icon at bottom) to pull it up on the market.

It won't install. It keeps showing "Attention required. Tap here." and proceeds to fail.

When it says Attention required long press on it, until it shows cancel. Then try downloading again with QR codes

Tried it. No luck. :\ Many people are having this problem.
They better fix this, I'm not going to reset my phone.

I said very clearly in the threads. I don't recommended to update these updates today (Dec,12), I found many people are experiencing an error after they updated it, and what you're updating will not functioning if updating fail.(Including me)

I had that error come on me during first extras+ update. After several days of trying different things, I just reset my phone and it updated normally after that.
