Only thing I can see is Lumia version is 5 mb whereas the general one is 3 mb.
Are getting anything special with Nokia exclusive eBay?

Sounds like he's saying there's a Nokia-exclusive version of the eBay app, and wondering if there's any difference between the regular eBay app and the Nokia version. However, I was unaware that a Nokia version existed...

Yeah, I just looked under the Nokia Collection in the store and I did not see a Nokia version Ebay app. Quite strange.
