Has anyone else had this issue? I had my phone hooked up to my wireless network at home yesterday, but now it says this message after I enter the network password. If anyone has any tips to where the problem might be that would be great
edit: Today I've tried hooking up to the router at school, which was also working last week, and getting the same message.Last edited by Cam Loeb; 12-10-2012 at 08:36 AM.

I had similar issues with my Nokia and iPad mini last week. After hours if agonizing analysis and forum searches - found that problem was with my netgear router
replaced it with a different brand ac "N+" router with dual band and have no issues so far
far.
not sure if this is the same for you. - 12-10-2012, 02:44 AM #4
Sounds like it's more than likely a router issue.

Nokia needs to hurry up and grant access to that diagnostic app.

I'm having this problem this week with my 920 and two different routers, a Huawei B593 supplied by my telco, and a Belkin N-150 router. Both worked fine previously.
Restarting the phone fixed the problem.
