    He probably was using prototype devices that had mirroring or whatever. We don't have that.

    There's this other standard that lets you stream via USB, i remember GS2 at least having this.

    Other than that it was developers device so they could have stuffed anything there.

    It's USB to Video which currently most WP7.5 and WP7.8 Custom Roms have it. The one from WP8 might be a little bit different, but at for now, no one is leaking the source for the driver so it is not possible to do. Just wait when we have custom roms for WP8 and then we'll see.
