Today we’re glad to inform you that Welcome Home for Windows Phone has been updated for the brand new Lumia phones that are running Windows Phone 8, which include the Nokia Lumia 920, Lumia 820, Lumia 822 and Lumia 810.

Markspace, the company behind Welcome Home for Windows Phone have made this app drop-dead simple to use. Just plug in your new Lumia and the application copies over your contacts, calendars, videos, photos and music from your old iPhone, BlackBerry or Android phone.

Using the application is relatively easy – just plug in your device and use the onscreen prompts to move data off your old phone and import it into your lovely new Lumia."
