Please help! I'm getting OCD over this email client. :)

1. Is there a way to request delivery and read receipts for the emails sent?

2. When I set up email account (whether it's gmail, aol or msexchange) automatically using their preset settings it gives me an option for a push email. However it doesn't give me an option to change sender's name - it just takes first and last name used for registration.
If I do it manually, I can change senders name but I don't have an option for a push email anymore, the closest to it is checking every 15 mins.
So how do I get a customizable senders name and push email at the same time?

need to make a correction. Now I can't get a push option even if account is added using their automatic preset options (such as gmail or yahoo).
