Just for this reason, i carry my iPad with me all the time.
I haven't found anything yet

I use ConnectMe for Remote and Local PC access. I have a DynDNS account and port forwarding on my router for the RDP port required.

If you have DDNS already setup, then I assume you have a web address associated with it. Basically, you log in to your router and configure 'port forwarding' for port 3389 to the IP address of the desktop you want to remote to. Once that's set, in the ConnectMe app you basically say your host is: YOUR.DDNSADDRESSHERE.WHATEVER:3389

as i thought yet im still getting no conenction which is quite strange tried 2 different machines so far, will not even connect on local ip

I kind of assumed this, but maybe I should ask...you do have Remote Desktop enabled on your machine correct? Are you using Windows Firewall?

sorry me being stupid and not setting correct port range all sorted now to buy the app
