I have two Lumia 920 phones for me and my girlfriend. In my "program/app directory" I have the option to touch on a letter and immediately go to apps that start with that letter. For some reason hers doesnt have that option and all her apps are listed together without any spacers. I have included screenshots of both phones. Anyone have any idea how to get hers to have the sort option that mine has?

She needs more apps before it will show up. 45 maybe?

Yeah it's about 42 or so before the letters kick in. They figure before that scrolling is short enough that it's easier.
