    I connected my MSN Messenger and Skype Accounts on my Windows 7 machine and ever since my phone has the following problems:

    1. Microsoft Account (Hotmail) does not sync.
    2. I cannot send out Text Messages (the Facebook and MSN Messenger chat cannot connect)
    3. The ME app is not able to post updates
    4. Intermittent issues with sending emails from my Google Mail account.

    I have restarted the phone a few times.

    The issue seems to be Skype App. Uninstalling the Skype app and restarting the phone solved the problem.
