    I just got a new 920 and I loaded up all my mp3's and I can't hear them. If I turn the volume all the way up I can hear a very faint trace of the song but that is it. I can hear YouTube or iHeartRadio just fine. I can also hear my mp4 videos with no peoblem. What gives?

    No problem here ... all my mp3 songs works properly, like in my previous cp ... but no idea either, what is your case ...
