Anyone have an idea as to what may drain less battery for screen brightness.... low or auto adjust?

I keep it on low but then I will put on auto adjust and it appears to dim it even lower than that....

But I am not sure how much battery auto adjust drains during day time

Anyone with some experience with the phone can share some theories? cheers
