I have a video of the high sensitive touching not working when using the browser. Even when scrolling in homescreens it wont register. Should I do a hard reset or go to the att to get a exchange.

Are you being serious right now? You're running your fingers all over the place haphazardly in a way that no normal person would use the phone and it's STILL registering most of what you're doing.

I'd imagine that using gloves with the phone he replaces the Lumia with is a tad more annoying :)
