Where is "My apps" in the marketplace and how do I update my apps.

What do you mean with"my apps"?

If any of your apps have updates, the Store tile will display the number of updates available....
When pressing the Store tile and enter the Store, it will say "x updates", select that and install.... Simples

I mean purchase history.

There's never been a "my apps" or "purchase history" on the Windows Marketplace/Store App. To see purchase history, you need to log in to http://www.windowsphone.com/ and go from there

My Apps is android Play Store functionality only. You can see purchase history information via the windowsphone website, after logging on.

I do wish there was a way to remove apps from there. Especially the Free Trial ones.

It has your purchase history and can redownload your apps if you need to.
