    How do I change my lock screen wallpaper? If I click an image on the web and set as lock screen it doesn't work. I downloaded the image to my phone and set it that way but it still didn't work. I've tried multiple images. My screen just stays black

    Settings then 'lock screen'. Are you using the high contrast theme? (black and white). Wallpaper does not work with this enabled.

    Do you have the high contrast option selected in "ease of access" settings? That is the only way I have ever had a blank lockscreen image when selecting high contrast.
