I don't think so. Could you explain it better?

Make sure that USB settings on your computer / laptop are not set to go to sleep ( in the power settings for your computer, usb suspended state ) also make sure the cable on the 920 is plugged in all the way in ( I know it's silly but I have done that myself a few times haha, really push it in until you can't see the silver tip ).

I find the Nokia one is a tad bit loose, but other ones are fine.

I'd take the device back or send it back for a replacement. The USB port isn't supposed to be loose.

Mine also moves a little to sides when plugged. I have seen same thing on a couple more devices (like my 2 year old bluetooth headphones.) it should not be a problem.

    Also: USB Port

Moving a little to the side is normal, but if it's so loose that movement causes device to stop charging, then it needs to be exchanged.

I think I have the same issue. There's a gap between the USB cable and the phone. Also, when I push the cable in, there isn't a "click" that you feel with other phones. Does anyone else have the same issue?
