I just wanted to check if this was an issue with the music player or with my phone. I've noticed delays in the music player on my lumia 920. Namely, when I scroll to a song, it will start playing, but then the phone locks up and transition to the now playing screen is delayed for 3-5 seconds. Has anyone else noticed delays or lag with their music player?
Also, just to check, has the shuffle all option been removed in wp8?

Can't answer the first question, but the little play triangle at the bottom of the main music pane shuffles all songs.
EDIT: and gapless playback is not present in wp8 unfortunately.

I notice a very tiny delay but it's more like 1/2 second.
