Can I use any micro USB charger with Lumia 920?

I have a car charger that is micro usb. Just scared I will blow the phone.

Yes, BUT I wouldn't recommend any charger that puts out more current than the stock one does or it could damage the battery over time. I think the stock one is 1.3A so stick with one that is equal or lower output and you're good.

I was on that Nokia help chat deal asking about this and they said this is the recommended car charger, so I guess up to 2A is fine.

My understanding is that, with modern circuitry, this doesn't matter as the phone will only draw the max it is capable of.
