She's been complaining about how hot the phones been getting. After a 20 minute conversation she went to hang up and this is what happened to the screen.



A soft reset fixed it but it's going back.

This exact same thing happened to my phone. I took it back and got it replaced...same thing happened again.

You can take it back, but this looks like a problem that will continue to affect things until a patch is released.

Did you guys happen to have a google account set up? Which is known to cause heat issues until you remove it and set up a google account as exchange/outlook instead.

Did you guys block and/or uninstall nokia drive?

Would be nice to know this info.
