    I cant "unbock" facebook from running in the background. Even if I check the box to allow it when its started again. Any ideas? I have the Skype beta installed and wondering if that is causing the issue

    Mine is doing the same. Even after relaunching the app it is blocked.

    I uninstalled and reinstalled Facebook, and now it cannot be disabled.
