    Settings > Mobile Network

Set highest connection speed = 3g instead of 4g

I was looking for the same thing as I live on a fringe area. Although battery life has been great for the one whole day that I've had it.

Maybe it's not available on the AT&T model.

AT&T seems to block this on Window Phones. They blocked it on all WP7 devices I have seen and the seem to want to block it on WP8. They do not block it on Iphone. I do not understand why they will not let you change it. If I am in an area with 3G only, I would like to set the connect speed to 3G, to save battery.

Apple probably won't let them. No idea what purpose it serves AT&T unless its to get people off the over saturated 3G networks

Sent from my Lumia 900 using Board Express
