Anyone know if I can take my lumia 920 (no, I don't have one yet) from Canada into the US, download the Nokia Music app and then have it work in Canada?

Similar to exclusive (but free) ipad apps in the US app store, but not in the Canadian one.

I did that back in 2011 with Lumia 800 by ordering it from UK and getting the Nokia Music work here before the Nokia Music 2012 Feb launch in Sweden.

Though i'm not sure will it work now. You will after all need to sign to your phone with account from Canada.

Just set language+region to US. It's working for me in Vancouver.

Do you have to keep it on US in order to use the app, or can you switch back to Canada after?

I switched it back after downloading the application; it's still working as it did when in the other region, whether streaming or saving mixes for offline listening.
