Right now I am on StraightTalk and I would like to pick up an AT&T locked Lumia 920 since it would be cheaper than buying unlocked off Expansys or Negri. The problem is if there is no network settings app I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to configure it to work with MMS which is important to me. Anybody have any info on this? Thanks!

It's built right into the phone (OS). No app required anymore. Don't think AT&T would block that feature on their phones...

... so.. the ATT locked phones work fine on straighttalk without having to unlock them ? I didn't know that.

I was just making sure. I know that with the Titan II there is no way to change certain APN settings and that with the Lumia 900 that the Network Settings app was unavailable for a while.

Yep! Using an AT&T locked Lumia 900 on it right now!
