Does anyone know if the Lumia 920 (and other WP8 devices) actually support BT 4.0 in practice? I know it's apparently "been certified", but how does that translate in practice? None of the reviews I've seen so far mention 4.0...

Are there going to be any ultra-low power accessories (e.g. heart rate monitors) that are compatible?
