I was browsing a site and listening to music, when the music started to stutter and the phone became unresponsive. I held down the buttons on the side and did a reset, however this caused the phone to constantly reboot, leading to a black screen where my home screen should be before restarting the process all over again. I finally tried to switch the phone off, which wouldn't work. Eventually the home screen showed back up. I'm just a bit concerned, though, as to if this may happen again. It's my business line, and if anyone knows a quick fix to this or has had this happen please post some kind of solution. Thanks.
