Ultimately I'm trying to tether (usb cable to pc) to use phones existing data plan (and NOT buy a hotspot package) for pc internet use. Could do that on my Blackberry easily before. Looks like a Samsung WP device allows the "modem" setting in diagnostics mode. My Lumina aparently does not allow that setting in diag mode.

I enter my diagnostics menu and I don't see the "USB Path Control" settings for this phone. Other phones will allow you to switch from zune sync, modem tethering call but that is not an option with my Nokia Lumina 900 on this version of the phone os. Any help would be appreciated.
