I'd like to update too, if AT&T doesn't release ir by christmas. I have a factory unlocked AT&T Lumia 900. RM 808, I'm guessing.

Nokia has not posted a ROM for the AT&T US version of Lumia 900 (RM-808) yet.
the newest is 8779 which is Windows Phone 7.5.

The 7.8 ROMs that have been posted are for the (RM-823) version of the Lumia 900
As far as I know you cannot flash between the two especially since the RM-808 is LTE and the RM-823 is not.

I dont care about the LTE because im using T-Mobile and im getting their "4G" in my area which is great since I was stuck on EDGE for months

Its not about whether you need LTE or not. You will not be able to flash the RM-808 with the RM-823 ROM. The bootloader doesn't allow this kind of cross-flashing.

The 800 is the same way. RM 801 can do it, but the RM 819 can't. I think the rule applies to the North American devices.

It's easy, full internet of tutorials. Just flash the right version, flashing takes about 5mins at least on my Lumia 800

Unofficial windows 7.8 (xxxx.xxxx.8858.xxxx) is basically only compatible with rm-823. The rm-808 is basically for AT&T excluded with LTE 700 MHz band. In NaviFirm has xxxx.xxxx.8779.xxxx for rm-808 which is the latest version of 7.5 so we are all in US basically stuck with 7.5 for awhile

Hi im using Lumia 900 RM808 AT&T unlocked phone.Im not able to change the network mode to 2G/3G.It always takes only 4G>.s there any possible to to do software change to modify it.
