:@Do you guys had found some defects for Lumia 900, and i want to know how about your opinions on this model phone. Do you like this Lumia 900. In all, i don't think it is perfect phone. You know that not long ago, it is well known that the white the Lumia 900 exists Purple Screen problem, purplish tone when the device screen brightness adjustment as "low". Many people believe that this is OLED (AMOLED) screen defects:

Firstly, the Photoshot button can not wake up the device.Run any application, and it remains on the screen, and then shut down, then press and hold the camera button, no response. Re-boot, quit the application and enter standby mode, press and hold the camera button again, the camera starts.

    Secondly, the vibration sound problems.
Many Lumia 900 device vibration level and Lumia 900 devices, vibration issue sounds like a electric shaver. Nokia Monster Purity headphones.

    Thirdly, headphone control problems.
Sometimes can not complete the forward / pause operation. In addition, when the device is in sleep state, volume control does not respond, or the need to repeatedly press to be effective.

    Fourthly, Low volume sound.
Even when the volume is "1" Lumia 900's sound is very loud until you adjust the volume to "7", the sound can be normal match.

Of course, in addition to the above problems, Lumia 900 LTE connectivity problem, but the problem has been fixed. It needs to be pointed out that these problems are only part of the equipment, not all Lumia 900 are present this problem, but still hope Nokia as soon as possible to stabilize the quality of Lumia 900.

What do you think about my founds on the defects of Lumia 900, had you guys ever faced with these defects?

Never had a connection problem with my "still" original, pre-launch day Lumia 900.

The purple hue was due to crappy quality control from Samsung, the supplier. Nokia fixed it two firmware updates ago.

The camera button/wake up issue was intermittent, but has been resolved with the most recent firmware update, which included significant improvements to the camera.

The vibration is what it is. Not a defect. Different. Doesn't bother me in the least. It vibrates. I feel and hear it. That's what it's supposed to do.

Never experienced the headphone issue you refer to.

My volume is always between 10 and 30, so no problems for me. If 1 is too loud for you, put a pillow over your phone or use headphones.

I think my phone works great. And what other phone has had four (or maybe five, lost count) firmware updates in 5 months time. You can look at that two ways. But I see it as being caring and respectful of your customers. Nokia has my next $200-$500, when I am ready to get a WP8.

My first L900 was defective and wouldn't take a charge after a full battery depletion. Even though some people around here think it's impossible for an L900 to have any issue if their's is perfect or a few users around here have a perfect L900.

My new one works great! No issues so far except for the volume being too loud for ringtones and too soft for games and media. Its easy to just change the volume around but say ringtons on 10 is super loud but games on 10 is super soft. Nothing I can't deal with.

    That's a Steve Jobs-style classic response.

I think the point is, a volume level of 1 shouldn't be too loud for anyone.

I can't figure out why Nokia can't just sort it out. It can't be that hard to make the volume range consistent across its range from 1-30.

How did Nokia fix a quality control problem from Samsung? Did Samsung allow Nokia's QA team come in and tighten up the production process. What was the issue, since you know that Nokia fixed it? What was the root cause? How did they fix it?

Only problem I've had with my White Lumia is the "can't figure out if I'm on WiFi or Cellular". That's been completely resolved with 8779. This could be the best phone I've ever had. And I've had a bunch of them.

No defects that I can tell, unless you count the unusually easy to scratch chrome stuff around the back camera.

I am not as satisfied with my Lumia 900 as I have been with my other Windows Phone devices. I have a horrible time reconnecting signal after losing it. I work in a building that doesn't play nice with cellular signal. To some extent, I can understand this. The problem is that once I get back into a proven good signal area, it takes quite a bit to reconnect with civilization. It isn't just that sometimes I need to restart the device before trying to make a call. Occasionally I can just cycle Airplane mode, but sometimes doing this locks up the device. Even once I do somehow re-establish a connection, I may be able to make a voice call or use data, but it takes awhile to get my text messages. Usually 20 minutes, but sometimes as long as two hours. Obviously this is not good enough for me.

The rest of the time, this phone is great! Really! But I've already done several hard resets and swapped out the device for another two different times. I'm on my third device, an am about to try to get rid of it for good and just get a Titan II.
