My 900 can see a bunch of computers and other devices(including my iPod Touch), but it can't see my Kinovo BTH220 headphones. I checked that the headphones are A2DP 1.2 and WP is also up to that spec, so what's the problem?

Never had that problem. You sure you're putting the headphones into pairing/discovery mode so that the phone can see them?

My iPod Touch which is already paired can see it. So what I did was completely turn off the iPod Touch so that when the BT headphones are on nothing is paired which should make it available right? Nope.

I have pared a couple of Bluetooth devices to my Lumia 900 with no problems.
I also have connected friends Lumia 900 to their cars Bluetooth system.
