    Don't know if this is new, but here is what I got from Nokia on my issue.

    My Issue:
    :I have the new white nokia 900. I purchased on 4/22/2012 and it has Firmware 2175.1002.8112.12084 I've done a reset of the phone and everyitme I use the phone with both cell and wifi connected I lose wifi connectivity. Its not my router it's brand new Netgear WNDR4500.

    If I turn off wifi the data works fine. If I turne on cell data wifi works fine. Both on wifi will show that it's on but I can't connect.

    What should I do?]

    In response to your query, we advise that you use only one connection at a time, using both Wi-Fi and data connection at the same time will cause the device not to work properly. If you want to use Wi-Fi connection, please be advised to check if you are properly connected to your home Wi-Fi.

    If you are using data connection, we advise that you contact your current network provider to verify if the GPRS settings are properly configured on your device. Please note that these settings can only be provided by your network provider.

    If this did not resolve the issue, kindly email us back and provide us the exact error message that you are receiving when you are trying to connect to the internet.

    What kind of moronic response it that?! I'd write them again and threaten that you're going to write the president and copy that email to him/her about the issue. That usually get's them off their asses to get the problem resolved.

    LOL it's okay. I just wanted to share in case anyone else is having the same issue.
    It's not a big enough deal for me to take the phone back. I have the ConnectivityShortcut tiles for data and wifi and only need to do it when home.

    Did you update the phone? Did you activate the provided SIM card, that came with the phone?

    I'm having the exact same problem with my Lumia 900. There's absolutely nothing wrong with my wifi, other windows phones I own work just fine (HTC surround, Samsung Focus) let alone other phones and devices. My solution is to turn the phone off then back on again which seems to work for now...however, this is one Nokia better address quickly having already had data connection issues with the phone off the bat.

    Yeah there's another thread about the wifi issue - I'm suffering from it as well. Pretty sure my Lumia is going to be exchanged very soon.

    I am having problems too. I updated my phone when I bought it, but today has been frustrating. First I had no connectivity at all (voice, data, and SMS). A reboot fixed it. Then tonight I showed full LTE bars, but had no data. A reboot fixed this as well. Really frustrating.

    Yes, first thing I did was plug in to my pc and let the Zune update happen.
    Like I said not a huge issue, just annoying.

    Yes take your phone back and get another one. You are within your first 30 days.
