Without dev unlocking it, no. I really do wish we had that feature. It will be coming this fall though, with WP8's release.

Took android over 3 years to get this feature. Finally with android 4.0 you can natively snap a screen shot.

Apple has had this feature since day 1.

Can't believe Microsoft didn't just copy this basic feature. It's so useful especially for important stuff u need confirmation.

Presently, you can only take screenshots with a developer unlocked device, unfortunately. It has to do with using an API which is currently not permitted, so the app cannot be distributed in Marketplace.
