I've read on the windows phone site that "our phone can even read you an incoming text, and then you can use Speech to dictate and send your reply."

How do you enable this? How do you have it read incoming texts to you?

It will automatically do this if you have a headset hooked up. You can dictate a text message w/out a headset, but you can't have it read one to you (as far as I know).

Scroll down to "Other Speech Commands you can turn on."

You can have it read texts to you all the time, just when bluetooth is on, just when a wired headset is connected, etc.
