I received my 822 on 12/1/12. It was having problems with automatically shutting off. I would have to pull the battery to reboot it. I removed WWF and that seemed to help. Just the past two days the phone started acting up again!!! Today I can't send any text messages with photos.... I'm getting really frustrated with this phone :(

I had a similar issue with my first 822 but Verizon swapped it out and no issues since. Have you called Tech support?

I occasionally can't send a picture message, and each time it has happened, rebooting the phone has resolved it.

I had same problem, go to settings, then cellular. make sure mode selection is on LTE and CDMA. do not use global it will mess you up.
