    Does anyone know if you can turn off the screen on the Lumia when you put it on the plate? I like to leave my phone on the charger overnight and I don't want screen burn

    Rich is correct. And even if you don't touch the power button, it'll shut off just like normal. It doesn't stay on the whole time it's sitting on a wireless charger.
