Heads up to all after Christmas shoppers I see the Nokia 822 is now $free with 2 - year contract plan also saw the HTC 8X for $99.00 guess I will be going shopping today! I saw this on Verizon's web site but I hope to be able to get it at the store.

It's a great deal for either device. Free is pretty hard to pass up if you have a family plan or something with multiple upgrades.

I got mine free on launch day, so no refund for me, but it's definitely good to see others getting in on the great stuff! Now I'm just waiting until spring, when I'll pass this one along to my wife, and I'll move on up to whatever high-end Lumia launches then!

Went back to Verizon and got 50 bucks back along with a 50 dollar rebate on my 8x I bought in November. Sweet.

Update! Got my black Nokia 822, wireless charging plate and back plate all in stock, out the door and good to go. hard to believe Verizon had it all (painless) o and by the way it's a great phone.
