Can anyone confirm Lumia 822 works on CDMA2000 Ev-Do rev.A by inserting R-UIM card?

It works with CDMA without a R-UIM card. Verizon doesn't use them.
The 822 is capable of using Verizon's CDMA bands, Verizon's LTE bands, and using GSM and HSPA+ as well out of the box. The SIM card in it is used for international travel on GSM and LTE on Verizon. The CDMA2000 config is programmed into the phone by VZW.
