    Please anyone help to clarity a doubt.
    A Nokia Lumia 820 bought from UAE/Dubai and currently using in India, Will it get updates when available?

    Yes, it will get updates although not necessarily when they are released for India.

    Nokia could release a firmware that addresses issues in models intended for the Indian market. Your phone would have a model number that identifies it as being for the UAE market, so it would not appear to be eligible for the update.
