I am sorry if someone else has already posted this in the forum but I've had my nokia for about a month and I've had no problems until this morning. I pressed the button for the camera at the bottom right of the phone and a black screen came up with a go back button at the top left, so i pressed that and the screen stayed black, nothings happening, any ideas??

I have had the same problem. I simply returned my 820 for a new one. So far no problem. I also heard it does this on the HTC 8x and the 920, so it maybe a WP8 thing.

to get it back on did you try a battery pull leave it out for 5-15 seconds then put it back in and see if it will turn on?

hold the on button and volume down together, mine did this today, and 02 guru gave me this tip
