GDay All,

My lockscreen times out after 10 secs regardless of the settings I use. After 5 secs the screen dims and then after another 5 secs the phone is off until I press the power button again. Anyone else have this problem?

first i have heard of this. try soft reset maybe?(vol down + power button)

ooo that might be only for the 920, not sure if it will work on the 820

The 820 times out in 10 sec regardless of settings. It was the same on my 800 and HTC HD7.

The lockscreen timeout is always 10 seconds and can't be changed. The "screen timeout" setting only controls how long it takes before an unlocked screen locks itself.
