    Please can anyone help and tell me why when I sync music I get at least two copies if each track? If i delete the duplicate file they all get deleted? Then after turning my phone off all the tracks go into one album "untitled" then i just cant sync using wmp. This is really hacking me off! Tried 16, 32 and 64gb sd card and makes no difference. Any help much appreciated before my phone meets a sticky end!

    Love to help, but I have nothing to offer. Except to say that using Windows 8 and the Windows Phone app, all my music synced to a 16gb SD card without problems. *shrug*

    Reset phone and now all working and syncing correctly.
