It isn't an OS issue, it's a manufacturers issue. My HTC HD7 I could set to 'Never' and my Lumia 800 and 820 max at 5 minutes. It sucks due to the issue of the Wi-Fi shutting within seconds of the screen going to sleep. MS knows about and 'may' fix it sometime in the future.When all else fails empty the magazine...

I believe this is due to it using an AMOLED screen as opposed to an LCD screen. The AMOLED screens suffer damage if left on and static for extended periods of time if I've read correctly, whereas this doesn't affect LCD screens such as those on the TITAN.
