Like lots about the 820 having moved from 710. However in my flat callers have said signal cuts out whne had no problems with 710.

Also SMS seems very patchy often have to send a txt 2 or 3 times before it is sent. Was an issue with 710 but worse with 820. Anyone else have this problem?

Can the vibrate function on direction keys be turned off I hate it and can find a setting even with vibrate turned off.

can't say I have experience any of these issues thankfully. Call quality is superb compared to my old HTC.

My call quality is good but the ear piece volume is horrible IMO. It will take some time for the kinks to get worked out on this device.

Im still having issues at times with texts refusing to send or be resent and also delays of over an hour recieving texts from other people. Anyone else have this. Love the 820 otherwise.
