Hi, I just bought my first windows phone ( Nokia Lumia 810). I wanted to use it also as a media player. Anyway to the point. I sync my music to it with windows media player (Windows 7) and all is well. But i look at my collection now and it says that I only have 5 albums out of 25. when i first synced it I had all 25. The songs are still there. they just lose the album info. I can go to artist and see the songs but the album info is gone. I have no Idea what to do. I am loading the music onto an 8gb mico sd. I have formatted and re-synced multiple times and also reset the phone to factory settings and re-synced. same problem. So if anyone has any Idea's I would love to hear them. So far I like windows phone. But music is very important to me.

Turn off "Connect with Xbox Music" in the Music Hub on your Phone first

use Zune to organize your music and create playlist

Try using the Windows Phone app for desktop (Preview 3) to sync

Use MPAtool to fill out missing album art works / artist backgrounds
