So I noticed that when I am in the Windows Phone Store on notice that search only finds the T-Mobile version of the app which is a couple versions behind the official Netflix app. So I tried the windowsphone.com but it will not install when I send it to the phone nor when I click on the email that is sent to my account. This was not an issue with my old Lumia 710 device.

I was wondering if this was an enhancement related to WP8 where the carrier will prevent you from downloading certain apps?

I have AT&T with a Lumia 920. Netflix downloaded and is working great.

Um, it's the same version... T-Mobile brands it as theirs so they can advertise it in the T-Zones thing...
