this phone never stop gaving problem like dam first was the sound now my phone battery completely drain an when i put it on the charger it wont recharge an its been on the charger for over 40 min, with my lost phone i never had these problem common windows/nokia

Try using a different charger. I've had drain issues before and it turned out to be a defective charger.

If that doesn't work, replace the phone.
