    Hi,
    Been on holiday last week and try put orange sim card to my o2 lumia. It ask me for pin, I put wrong one too many times and now I need to have puk code. I have been calling o2 customer service, for puk but one they give me is incorrect. They give me a replacement sim today but is still asking for puk !! What I should do now? Please HELP :)

    I would take the phone into your carrier and not leave until it's fixed!
