Guys, is it just me or is the Lumia800 with 7.8 running a bit slower than with 7.5? I noticed when I open the email app but I'm not really sure. Could be it's just a modified animation which makes it look slower. What do you think?

i just did a phone reset and it feels faster now , after 7.8 update it felt a bit slow... and internet sharing wouldnt work anymore it said cant detect a 3g connection...
I'm on a focus that I cab loaded last night and I haven't noticed any difference in speed
yes it takes a little more when opening apps. there is this 1 second delay when you tap on a tile. so yes, it is slower. i already reverted back to 7.5 and it feels a lot faster.
It definitely feels faster for me. Both app loading times and surfing the internet is a much smoother experience!
Definitely a little slower on my 800 with 7.8. It takes noticably longer to open an app from the start screen than it did with 7.5 :(
I feel it is slower on my Nokia 710.
Slower for me. I think my lumia 710 also had a slight drop in battery life.

After 7.8 update on Lumia 800, I don't see any noticeable difference in performance.
After 7.8 update it is definitely slower for me AND it seems my battery life is back to before the first major update (drained just by looking at it)... What's up?

I knew I wasn't going crazy! There's a noticeable delay between the tap and the app opening. :( Guess I have to get used to it...
